Dear rectors,
on my own behalf and on that of our whole university community I would like to welcome you to the first face-to-face EC2U Forum, which will be held at our university from October 27 to October 28 2021.
Rectors, vice-rectors, WP leaders and WP members representing a global university community of 160 000 students and 20 000 staff, in direct reach to more than 1 600 000 citizens, will meet for three days at our 800 year old university.
We had experienced hardship and adversity during the last two years. I hope you can make it to Salamanca so that we can celebrate that we are on our way to overcome the pandemic and continue building together our European Campus of City-Universities.
With all my colleagues and co-workers I look very much forward to meeting you here in Salamanca in October,
